Why do we need a personal trainer? 

Firstly, training alone isn't easy. We have to evolve,  movements done in the gym are not natural to humans, we have to develop in terms of running, jumping, and throwing. Personal trainers use these gym movements to create personalised instruction and execution to target specific muscle groups in order for you to evolve naturally. 

With a personal trainer, there is accountability through sufficient intensity and variety. Personal trainers make sure you are pushed and motivated in ways you cannot achieve on your own. They change exercises not just to keep things new and exciting but to increase muscle growth and force adaptation.
